The Legacy Green Bay, LLC announces development of a boutique all-suites luxury hotel, located one block from Lambeau Field in the Legends District, with adjacent proximity to the newly developed TitleTown District, the upcoming Brown County Expo Center and Resch Performing Arts Center. This distinctive property will feature 64 Studio Suites, 11 Classic One Bedroom Suites and 2 Grand Penthouse Suites, plus a signature Brasserie, Barista-Cafe, Rooftop Bar and Luxury Spa. Legacy’s accommodations will reflect an ‘industrial chic elegance’, with rates strategically positioned at an exceptional value and priced 45%-50% below published rates for suites of similar scale in the region.

The Hotel Retlaw, Fond Du Lac, WI

Legendary Hotels LLC, an affiliate of Legendary Hospitality LLC, was specifically formed in 2017 to undertake a unique historic rehabilitation project in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, the resurrection of the iconic Hotel Retlaw. The objective was to reinstate the Retlaw as a world-class property that would serve as an urban destination for visitors while creating a vibrant social scene for Fond Du Lac.
